Great property close to Sensoji Temple. Good water pressure and nice hot water after walking all day. Bed is a little a firm but nice hotel overall and would stay again!

This was a great hotel for us. Clean, comfortable and quiet with friendly staff who went out of their way to help us. Short walk to Senso-ji which we really enjoyed. Would stay here again for sure.

Conveniently located in the heart of Asukusa, Richmond is walking distance from Sensoji Temple and the stall and street markets for all clothing, food, and souvenir needs. Close to Asakusa station. With the 24-hour Donki Asakusa and 711 closeby, you can take advantage of your jetlag if any. Loved our view of the Skytree and Sensoji and the courteous staff. Bought their very comfortable hotel pajamas for adults and kids! Highly recommend.

Intimate stay in an area without the crowds and noise. The breakfast was awesome.

Love love loved the onsen! There’s a half outdoor chilling area which is amazing after sauna. The place is spotless, tatami room with low beds are great mixture of authentic and coziness. Mini ramen at night is an amazing as well. I highly recommend this place for all and will definitely come back with my family next time!!
