They failed to accommodate my reservation. I had paid for 2 queen beds and they gave me one queen. They claimed that because I did it through Expedia I couldn’t get what I had paid for. This is a form of fraud. I had to stay with my whole family of four under this circumstances because it was late at night to look for another hotel.

If you book a two-bed room, expect to get one bed instead. The hotel is nice, but communication is poor, and they overpromise. We arrived at 5 PM (check-in is at 3), and they said our room wasn’t ready. A few minutes later, we got in—only to find a one-bed room instead of two. They claimed the hotel was fully booked but offered food and drinks as compensation BUT, The next day, they said a two-bed room was available, but after leaving for two hours, we returned to find it had been given away. Don’t make promises you can’t keep. Won’t be back.
