This lovely 3 bedroom home has a max occupancy is 6 adults, 7 people are allowed if there are one or more children.

The duplex offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, plus a loft and office. It was built in the 1970s and is nestled in the quiet Northwest Hills neighborhood in Austin, just a few blocks from MoPac, and is just a walk or short drive to shopping, restaurants, coffee shops.

The home is about 1500 square feet and was recently remodeled in 2016 with new flooring and fresh paint throughout, ceiling fans, stainless steel appliances and glass tile backsplash in the kitchen, and remodeled bathrooms with glass tile, new faucets & fixtures.

We make all our bedrooms cozy and comfortable with side tables, lamps, dressers for clothes, curtains and blinds for privacy. The living room has lots of seating and a 50" flat screen TV. The dining room is quite large and boasts a table for 8. In addition to the 3 bedrooms, there is a loft above the 3rd bedroom with a twin bed. There is also a separate office area with a desk, wifi, and tons of books, games, & dvds.

AMENITIES: The home comes stocked with fresh linens & towels, soaps, a fully equipped kitchen, spices, etc... We provide all the things you might need in the kitchen including a coffee maker and grinder, toaster, blender, pots/pans, bake ware, and of course dishes, glasses, and utensils. There is a full size washer/dryer in the laundry room, and the laundry room is stocked with detergent, ironing board/iron, and household supplies. Guests may park in the driveway.

We have personally managed all of our rental properties for 15 years and take pride in each home we own. Our goal is to make sure every guest has a wonderful experience staying with us!

Home has a pack and play, high chair, games, toys, and more. However please note that this home is NOT child proofed.

Most dogs allowed. There is a $200 pet fee and please inquire if you'd like to bring a pet.

Guests have access to the entire home. The home is a duplex, and each side has a private entrance and backyard.

Lovely Austin Getaway
My family and I stayed at Greg's place for 5 nights for a birthday trip/family getaway and we loved it! The house is so nice, very spacious and clean. We loved the bedroom setup; it was perfect for our 4 person group to spend time together in the dining and living room, but then get our own space and time in the bedrooms. We loved that the house is in such a quiet and beautiful neighborhood, and is the perfect distance to everything! Definitely want to return!

Perfect for our Transition to Austin
This place was great temp housing while we were looking to buy in Austin. The neighborhood is quiet and close to so many amenities. Greg was very responsive the very few times we had questions or needs during our 5 month stay. He checked on us during the historic freeze event here in Austin, and promptly had a repairman fix a minor issue with the HVAC system earlier. Recommended.

Loved it! The bedrooms were so nice and the beds were comfortable! I also loved that there was a blow dryer because I had forgotten mine. We took a lot of advantage of the kitchen and everything worked beautifully!! The neighborhood was beautiful! We took several walks. I would stay at the house again!

Greg and Amanda have done a great job making this home a very inviting place to stay. It is exactly as it appears in the pictures - nicely but simply decorated, very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed and more (laundry room with nice washer and dryer). We appreciated the extra thought that went into providing heavy curtains to keep the bedrooms dark for sleeping! That is something not often found in a rental, so we appreciated the good window coverings. The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood, and yet so conveniently located - with everything we could have wanted or needed nearby and easy access to major highways for quickly getting around Austin. We also appreciated the very good communication from Greg/Amanda, answering all of our questions beforehand, providing clear communication in writing about the specifics of renting the house, and very responsive to all of my communication with them. I would certainly rent from them again!

A Fine Home
This property is spacious with comfortable furniture (including beds), and well stocked kitchen. Appliances are new and washer and drier are located in side. The bath towels and linens are good quality. The location is wonderful with off street parking, and close to freeways, shopping in the Domain and Arboretum areas, and about a 20 minute drive to downtown, (depending on traffic). Also the home is in an upscale, quiet neighborhood and suitable for morning walks. The owners are available at all times and quick to respond. The landscaping, particularly the back yard, could use some work. This property is adequate and wonderful for a fun stay in Austin.
