First the heating system never was so load and when it stopped it sounded like a bomb went off. Then Hotel.com decided that a king bed is big enough for 3 adults and the hotel could not change it. No one there to help you short staff. Awful

My stay at Sheraton Inner Harbor was extremely disappointing. The room setup felt completely inconvenient and poorly maintained, and nothing reflected the quality Sheraton claims to offer. What made it worse is that I did not feel supported as a guest with accessibility needs. The level of care and accommodation was nowhere near what I expected, and it left me feeling overlooked and frustrated. If you have any type of special or accessibility needs, I strongly recommend choosing another hotel. This property simply does not prioritize guests who require extra support. I will not be returning.

No I was assigned room 1016 originally but I requested to move rooms because it was not clean there was trash in the bathroom trash can and that tells me the room was not cleaned also it smelled

We love it! Hotel was clean room was nice, great views service was amazing we will definitely come again. We Enjoyed breakfast at the Oriole Grill. We couldn't ask foe a better stay fiest time in inner Harbor and location was on point everything was close walking distance.
