I thought the hotel bedroom was clean, and well laid out, even though it had an oddly placed full length mirror location. Bed was comfortable, shower was clean.

Property is in a great location in the Inner Harbor area of Baltimore, short walks from Camden Yards, M&T Bank Stadium, several restaurants, the aquarium, Little Italy, etc. Morton's is next door as well as Kona Grill. Very close to I-95 as well. Staff was very good including the bartender at hotel bar and front desk. The bar serves Starbucks but not the complete offering from a real Starbucks (there's one three blocks away). Parking garage is connected to the hotel but used by non hotel guests especially on Orioles and Ravens game days and it isn't very clean including the elevators. The surrounding areas aren't great at night so get to your car or be careful walking back from the bars/restaurants.

Great location if you are going to Camden yards not so great if you are looking for nightlife- location is in the middle of nothing. Staff was very helpful. Building and room was dated and clearly shows signs of wear and tear (nightstands really worn down on corners... standing lamps that are bent or dented) which would be acceptable if the price reflected that.

The employee at the front desk when I checked-in was excellent. I am sorry I didn’t catch her name but she was pleasant and helpful. Our room was excellent , bathroom was exceptionally clean and the room was also. I am very pleased with this hotel

The building was old. The first room I was given had a malfunctioning AC unit. The second room had a loud AC unit. The lobby escalator screeched constantly. The restaurant was kept at at frigid temperature because it didn’t have its own thermostat. I wasn’t impressed overall.

It was a weird in receiving moment. They promise us to get a two bed bedroom and did note get it. The floor was usually very dirty and not well maintained. It was not good. Would I recommend it next time?. Nah
