It was good but the fee for parking is ridiculously high at $40 a night. Having to use your room key to get out of the garage after checking out was frustrating because my key didn’t work. Reparked and went back inside hotel to get it fixed. Tried to leave again and still didn’t work so we were stuck in the parking garage until we could get someone on the exit machine to finally open the gate. Very frustrating. I was also told breakfast was included but was given a receipt for charging my breakfast to the room. On the positive side, the staff was very compassionate when I needed help with my child who got sick in the lobby bathroom and vomited all over the floor.

This hotel has very helpful staff. Receiving packages for the duration of your staff is pretty simple once you can show proof of delivery. There is a path on the 2nd floor that allows you to walk into the Balitmore convention centre (very convenient) and such a relief during traffic or some weather conditions. Will stay again.

Our stay was overall ok. Stopped in for 1 night. We were given keys significantly sooner than our check in time, what a Godsend gift after traveling 5 hrs in a strange city. We were overall happy with our room. The bathroom essentials were top notch. Really loved the shampoo and conditioner, considering normal soaps are cheap. Would be overall 5 stars if the walls were not extremely thin. We had 3 drunks on one side verbal fighting, hollering, and throwing things. The other side was 3-4 also heavily intoxicated neighbors. It all started about 12:45am, and lasted until 2:45am. When I finally had enough around 1:50am, I called the front to request some sort of health check and please be quiet request. That side came to a close finally around 2:00am as we could hear his entire lecture from his friend or wife or mother, over speaker phone through the walls to the other side of the king suite. Than, we realized around 2:10am that the clatter and robust laughter was coming from the other side (headboard wall). We had poor luck on neighbors, but I feel the thin walls are ridiculous to hear someone's full conversation over speaker phone. We barely slept 4 hours as we had to get up in the morning and travel back home 5 hours.
