Oh so convenient. We stayed on the way back from Penang/Ipoh and traveling to KL by train. So just had to walk across the road from KL Sentral (actually there is a walkway but we didn’t know at that time). Stayed in a Jr Suite so had access to the Exec Lounge and wonderful b’fast and views. The rooms are very modern. The bathroom spacious with shower and tub. Very convenient whether you are using public transportation or taxi/Grab. One disappointment was that there is no way to walk to the Botanical Gardens even though you can see them just across the expressway. A minor quibble.

Staff was very welcoming. We were celebrating our anniversary and really appreciated the nice touch with the balloons and towel decorations in the room, as well as the cake and card. Park Royal Collections is conveniently located in the bustling bukit bintang and close to the shops and food stores. Overall, would recommend this place.

The room was cleaned and topped up everyday. The staff were friendly and the location is the best. Highly recommended for tourist.

I would like to commend Fira at the reception for her kind welcome and the doormen and room servicemen who attended to me. Great hotel, my favourite in KL thus far.
