Our room fridge and bathroom sink smelled musty. I had to clean out the coffee grounds from the Keurig. The parking garage is a nightmare. Staff are friendly, clean lobby and rooms are cute.

The hotel was in a great spot where it wasn’t too busy but you could still easily walk to all the shopping around Banff. Nice and quiet too. The parking was not great in my opinion. There is a parkade for a fee but with the park fee too, we opted out. Unfortunately the room we got, the one bed was very uncomfortable. There was a queen flat sheet that was on the bottom and not a full mattress protector so the mattress was hanging out. Which is kind of gross to me. We just asked for kings sheets and they were super good about it. Overall it was a good stay and super affordable. Everyone was friendly as well.

Our stay was nice, the hotel was clean and bed was comfortable. The only thing for us was the parking space. We drive a truck so it wasn’t possible to use the underground parking and it was hard to get a parking on the streets near the hotel.

Very nice property. Rooms were a good size and beds were very comfortable. Walkable to downtown and shops. Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Would like to have seen the on site restaraunt open for breakfast. Would definately stay here again.

It’s okay but for the price, there’s better. Stayed in a loft suite (3 queen beds), if you have more than 2 adults and 2 kids, they charge an extra person fee. Very steep stairs to the loft and very squeaky bed (for no fun reasons) in the loft.
