Smart, modern and a great nights sleep!
The hotel is conveniently located off Soi 11 with everything (including the BTS) within a short walk. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the hotel was smart and clean. I didn't get a chance to dip in the pool or try out the rooftop bar, but both looked great. The room was a good size, clean and comfortable. I'd definitely be happy to stay again!

Very nice spacious room and the staff are very helpful. Location is also very good. However, the only thing we didn’t like was the breakfast buffet. It wasn’t good and it didn’t have many food options there were no bakeries pastries or cheeses. It was either eggs or rice and chicken which we don’t eat so we didn’t have breakfast the rest of our days there.

nice location
The location was good to approach near Nana station. There are many restaurant and live music bar near the hotel. Room was so clean but looks old though it has the Ramada name. (just change the name with previous hotel). Breakfast was so simple so if you want to eat any Thai food , recommend go out and find good restaurant.

For the money it was better than my expectations reading the reviews. I will be very honest it was mainly good it was clean if a little tired . The fridge in the room did not get cold this we reported and it was replaced by a fridge that didn’t get cold. The linen and towels were clean and so was the room. The shower was either too hot or too cold maybe it was user error . The biggest problem was the breakfast which the hotel was trying to cover as many different countries as possible and it was mainly not for us being cold and of poor quality. During our time in Thailand we stayed at another hotel and they did it so much better with bananas and yoghurt and an egg chef . In summary we enjoyed our stay as the location is brilliant and at the top of summit 11 there is a restaurant which is absolutely fantastic great food very cheap. Nana is the bts stop for the Ramada and you can get to about 5 malls in less than 10 minutes. What does annoy is the doorman porter who are helpful but are really after tips and do this lingering thing. The receptionist are great helpful polite . Remember they will want 500baht safety deposit for the key . Sim up definitely a good hotel needs tidying up cosmetically but has a place to stay I would recommend it if it’s cheap.

Toxic hotel!
The air-conditioning smells like piss! Control panel indicted to change filter. Asked to change room but the front desk suggested to send their technician. Came back late at the room smelled even worse! Obviously the air-conditioning is bacteria infested. Came home sick!!! There are much better Hotels that will not make you sick.

i was given a room upgrade which I appreciate. The upgraded room is in the annex building. While the upgraded room is bigger, it also looked run-down and dark with several switches not working. The technicians checked and commented that all the rooms are the same (with non-functioning switches) and room brightness matter was only resolved with an additional table lamp. So while the room upgraded was much appreciated, the stay experience was not very pleasant, unfortunately.
