i was given a room upgrade which I appreciate. The upgraded room is in the annex building. While the upgraded room is bigger, it also looked run-down and dark with several switches not working. The technicians checked and commented that all the rooms are the same (with non-functioning switches) and room brightness matter was only resolved with an additional table lamp. So while the room upgraded was much appreciated, the stay experience was not very pleasant, unfortunately.

Location is good
Couple get one room key, you have to pay deposit for another person. That means both people have to come to hotel at the same time or one person have to be available to open the door. I think when couple book a room, both guest should get room key without paying a deposit. Breakfast was good but more or less same everyday.

The property is ok as it is close to the train station. What I don’t think is not decent are some women in the area at night overall it’s a good place to visit for me. I would like to come back and know more about Thailand. It’s a wonderful place for me!

Good but short of 4 star
Location of the hotel is fantastic, 5 min walk to Nana station and also easy to find cabs using grab. Breakfast options were decent. The staff is friendly and proactive and we felt welcome almost immediately. However, the property itself is a bit dated and doesn’t feel like a 4 star hotel. Our room was on a lower floor, though we had a window, there was no view as it faced another wall and the room itself doesn’t feel too bright. Would still consider coming back if can book the property in some deal at lower price OR if they renovate the rooms.

Second time staying here
Spent 12 nights. Three nights in air Conditioning stopped working. (3 floors). Manager moved me to a room with no windows for the night, then relocated me the next morning. Porters, Breakfast staff were all very nice and friendly. Handy location with amenities close by.
