As part of the popular Terminal 21 Mall complex, guests can pop in and out of the hotel and shop to their heart's content! A big bonus if your stay in Bangkok is brief as you can get a lot of things done within a short period.

We booked a Tower Club Suite River View with Lounge. It was absolutely amazing. We were booked for the 52n floor but was upgraded to the 58. The room was just amazing together with the views. Everything you could possibly want, down to tea/coffee and all toiletries. Food in the Tower Club was 100% and breakfast in the Mozu Restaurant was soo good, with so much choice too. The concierge Mr Woody was fantastic, made arrangements for us to view the F1 in a nearby bar and also trips to the park to see the monitor lizards. So polite and friendly. We cannot fault this hotel in any way.

Third time at this hotel. I appreciate the friendly,professional staff, excellent location, and better-than-average breakfast buffet. Solid value for money keeps me coming back. Regards.
