The hotel was ok. I wouldn’t say it was super clean but it did seem like an older hotel and it was not terrible. Hot tub wasn’t hot enough for us but that’s minor.

The hotel was clean and quiet. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and had options for everyone. Hot tub was clean, working, and wonderful after a 11 hour drive.

When we first got there, our room had plumbing problems. We didn’t even unpack yet. I informed the front desk and they brought us a plunger and said go to it. I wasn’t gonna touch that thing, but they were sold out at the motel so my husband attempted and it upset me, so I went to the front desk because the attempt was not working and the front desk manager was going to put us into separate rooms for the next two nights which I thought was OK but being slightly handicap was hard for me to swallow so he said I am sorry I can do better than that And he upgraded our room. He was very nice and very understanding. We had a very nice Stay there.

My wife is handicap and asked what floor we were on, we were told the 3rd floor which wasn't true, I made a reservation for two beds and instead a king bed. The person at the front was away from the desk a lot and many times never answered the phone. Not pleased with the overall service, especially for the amount of money that I had to pay.

The highway noise was terrible. We had to put white noise on the phone to get through the night. The Internet would not connect in the hotel. Overall not impressed. It also had a very funny smell overall.

room was nice and we liked the decor. heat/air conditioning unit was extremely loud and sounded like the fan is going to fail soon. We informed the front desk, so hopefully, the issue is resolved for the next occupant.
