Good place to stay if you don't want to go broke when visiting Acadia National Park. Beds are not super comfortable, but the property is clean and has everything you need for a stay.
Overall really enjoyed our stay here. We were looking for something cost friendly and clean - this spot had both. Staff is friendly, easy parking and convenient location for a short drive to Acadia/Bar Harbor. Perfect spot if you’re not looking for anything fancy. Since it is right along the main highway you can hear cars drive past during the night - just to be aware if you’re a light sleeper.
Right across from a gas station and near a lot of really good antique shops. 25 minutes away from Bar Harbor and only 15 minutes away from Acadia National park. Room was super cute and cozy but shower was way too small and the bed was very flimsy and you could feel the springs in the mattress. Overall honestly worth it though
The property is about 20 minutes away from Acadia NP, and in a nice town where there were plenty of places to eat and shop. The host was friendly, and the cottage we stayed in was VERY clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.
Person at desk was very unfriendly. Room was clean but definitely needed more than 2 pillows on the bed. Also a fridge and full size microwave on a luggage stand probably not a good idea.

Great value for the money. Always stay here when in the Bar Harbor area
Hotel room was not updated. The A/C was not working properly. In fact the owner told me not to turn on the A/C since it was going to get cooler later on throughout the night, even though it was very humid. The room itself was not worth the price, especially after the owner added additional fee for having 4 guests instead of the 2 guests listed the reservation.
The motel/cabin was extremely dated and old, unit door was flimsy. An old microwave was stacked on an old mini fridge, which sat on a decrepit looking stand. Mattress was uncomfortable , and bedspread was old and stained looking. This property was not as represented in the on line description.
It was the cutest little cottage. The ac got cold, and the shower was hot! It was down the road from bar harbor and thunder hole where we watched the sunrise! The shower is very small but I washed my hair and it was boiling HOT! Would absolutely stay here again
