The location of this property was perfect. The Metro is literally outside your front door, The Rampla is only a stones throw away also. Everything is central and walkable to main points of interest. The only let down was the buffet breakfast, not enough variety and the food did not seem fresh at all. The deserts/sweets on the 3 days we had the buffet tasted stale and so did the bread. They were def not freshly made almost tasted supermarket like. For the cost I would have been happier eating elsewhere with freshly made food. The Staff were polite, and helpful. The rooms were neat and tidy, it does get noisy at night but we didn’t mind the noise as we were that tired everyday after long days sightseeing, The Bathroom does have some wear and tear in the room we stayed in. If it wasn’t for the breakfast I would have rated my stay a 5/5.

Very busy area. Metro station directly in front of hotel. Area under construction. Hotel is lovely. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Breakfast is delicious and plentiful. Room was small which is typical in Europe, but comfortable.

Very helpful staff. Nice complete breakfast. Locations was excellent. Rooms are a little small but perfect and clean for the 2 days we stayed there before our cruise. Good bed. Quiet rooms.

This hotel is great for the location - so easy to walk to nearby Born, Barceloneta, L'Example and even walked to La Sagrada Familia. The entrance to the metro station is also right outside the front door. It is next-door to a fantastic patisserie and in the heart of gothic quarter. Staff was helpful in calling taxis when needed; and the desk is 24hrs which is helpful should you need anything.

If I return to Barcelona I would definitely stay here again. It is a boutique type hotel, not one of those posh, cookie cutter hotels. This has ambiance. For us, it was comfortable. Some people might think the beds a bit hard, but we were fine with them. The location is perfect. Anything you want is close by. The subway was right outside the door and taxis easily available. The staff is very helpful at all times. Breakfast is very good as well, or you can find breakfast areas very close by. Loved our stay.

The front desk was very helpful. The breakfast was good. The location was excellent. We found the beds to be uncomfortable. The showers were hard to figure out and I would recommend the hotel to leave instructions on how to use it.
