Thank you for a great stay! Lovely Christmas tree decor especially the one by the entrance to the reception. However, the route from our room to the breakfast area was a little unclear and the signs did not seem obvious.
We hadn't been there before, the place was busy due to a large party going on- but you wouldn't have noticed it much in the hotel as the staff were organised and the place seemed to cater for it well. There was a couple of blips with the meal service in the dining area, but these were soon sorted. There was a towel in the room , that although had been laundered, at a high temperature - you could tell from the feel that it had been laundered well - but still had some fake tan stains on it- which as we know can be impossible to remove - so told the staff who apologised and offered to replace all the towels. This wasn't necessary as we were only staying one night. All in all we can't complain, excellent location, hotel and staff exceeded our expectations
The hotel was close to Ashton took us 20mins to walk there. The room was nice clean amd the bed comfortable, The staff were amazing friendly and helpful. The breakfast was top notch Highly recommend this hotel
Hotel don’t have toiletry ie no toothbrush no toothpaste Must purchase. No shower cap. I stayed there as emergency due to my car broken down. I didn’t prepare anything for overnight and hotel don’t have anything to make it easy
Very noisy hotel room, not very good sound insulation. Could hear everything Next door as well as everybody opening and closing doors from the corridor
We arrived late and needed to check out early. The two young men on the reception were very helpful and offered to bring breakfast to the room before we left.
The room was clean and everything we needed for the night.
