The room was clean, but the toilet was struggling and ultimately stopped up. The pool was an uninviting green color. Customer service personnel were all very kind and helpful. The breakfast bar was great! The water has a peculiar taste which comes through in both tea and coffee. Overall, it was a decent stay.

So clean and accommodating!
We had our cat with us so we stayed in one of the rooms you are allowed to have pets in. It was so clean and the staff was amazing. Nice carpet for a pet. The breakfast awesome. Really good selection and I have never ever seen a breakfast area kept that clean. Highly recommend.

The tub was dirty when filled jacuzzi up with water all kinds of trash and filt came out of vents. I paid extra for jacuzzi for my wife and we couldn’t even use it! Breakfast was cold eggs and run out of sausage by 7:30 and we sat there for 45 minutes and no one refilled it. The gentleman fixing food has gloves in which he was carrying a vacuum cleaner and never changed gloves when he was replacing coffee. Very disappointed in this placw

Someone was vacuuming at 4am down the hall from us. Breakfast was so packed there was one open table but was covered in dry syrup. We did not swim but the pool looked green

Clean, quiet and convenient.
We just stopped for the night after visiting the Koziar Christmas Village. The place is clean quiet. The included breakfast was okay. If i was in the area i wouldn't hesitate to stay here again

It was a okay place to stay but if you are looking for comfort not what I would suggest. Also after driving 5 hours to get there with four kids and expecting an indoor pool in December to be heated and it was not was the biggest upset. We booked this hotel with the pool being the best part nonetheless the kids didn’t swim. The location of the hotel is easy to get to from the highway but kinda sketchy.

Worst experience ever
I purposely booked at a pet friendly place. Upon arrival, I was told there were no more pet friendly rooms and I could not stay there. I was stranded in the middle of nowhere with a handicapped husband and 2 dogs.
