Compare Hotels with Parking in Bettendorf

I could’ve done without the 2 minute lecture about sports teams and how to behave and having to sign an additional piece of paper stating I understood those rules upon checkin, however. I was there with my daughter (14), who yes, is an athlete and we were there for a tournament, but zero of her teammates were there and we weren’t affiliated with any of the other teams in our hotel. I wasn’t even asked if we were there for a sporting event but I was still given a lecture. Also, we had to leave a day early because my daughter was ill (not a hotel problem & I wasn’t asking for a refund or even a partial refund), but they were super awkward when I turned in my keys. Maybe my expectations for service are simply too high in 2025 because they contain a desire for courtesy. Other than that, the hotel is very nice, centrally located, clean, rooms are laid out well, etc.

Had a great stay! Room was nice and cozy.

I am a small country town girl so the fact that my name was on the TV in the bathroom had a TV in the mirror and just feeling like you walked into a castle was a great experience.

Easy, clean, beautiful view.

We came for a quick stop, the room was spacious, clean, and had all needed amenities. Breakfast was more than enough for our needs. Will come back in the future

The tv in our room didnt work when we got there. The room didnt get cleaned while we were there even thought they were down the hall when we left our room for a few hours.
