The room was not super clean. There were cobwebs and bugs in the corners of the floors and on the ceiling. The carpet was not very tidy. I was expecting much more and wasn’t very happy with the room. The nicest part of the stay was the restaurant. The food and staff of the restaurant were wonderful. I would not stay here again.

A great spot to stay would get it cheaper book

My day was great, but I won’t book from Hotels.com again if I would’ve booked directly from the restaurant, it would’ve been less expensive and included a free breakfast

Th bathroom floor wasn’t clean. It was a room for disabled people so it didn’t have a tub which meant the water spilled from the shower. The AC was noisy and the AC from the second floor was dripping into the AC unit outside creating more noise. Just a bad room.

Loved this Hotel! Brought my 2 pups, very dog friendly. Staff provided us the cutest treat bag upon arrival. Our room was on the bottom floor & our patio went straight to the parking lot / grass area for easy pottying! Large room, clean and great toiletries! Will stay again!

The hotel restaurant is totally underrated. The food is amazing and the staff are great. Rooms are clean and facilities are well maintained. Would love to stay longer next time.

Desk agent was bland and did not smile at all but met my needs for check-in. Some signs of dilapidation (broken door push bars, broken screen door in room, room doors look dated, grounds in need of litter removal. Extremely disappointed to learn that the breakfast vouchers for onsite restaurant are no longer given when room is booked through a 3rd party (Expedia). Loved the heated pool and large hot tub, well manicured landscaping and view of the river. Some loud highway noise on pool-side area of compound. Overall a pleasant stay.

So i stayed in the riverside suites which are larger and more expensive, however the heat/ac wouldnt work so it was cold in the room and the coffee maker was having difficulties working, i got it after a couple of tries but it wasnt the best way to begin the morning especially since it was really cold cuz the heat didnt work and i just wanted to get back jnder the blanket. But i do stay here often however usually in the hotel and i would say the xtra money for the bigger suite which was also far from the main hotel and restaurant was not worth it and the exscutive rooms in the actual hotel while smaller are much nicer and closer to everything. And the heat works lol.

The room was clean and had plenty of room. The grounds were impeccable and were beautiful to walk around!!! The pool area was warm with heater. The only thing I would change would be to have stand up heaters by the pool and not just under the covered area!! Otherwise it was amazing and we will be staying here again
