Rooms were comfortable bit shared areas were tired looking and carpets were not clean. Good breakfast but had to drink coffee from a paper cup which was disappointing.

It was not the best, only one bar open, which meant groups of people stood at a small bar area, went to order food, was told there is over a 1hr, it didn't even look that busy, no water in room, had to buy one for £4:50p which was warm,I probably won't be going back there again 😕

No good watch out u have to pay 100 pound on top for deposit but they dont tell you til you arrive they let u pay first then tell you when u get there becareful cause if u dont have you cant stay very bad

Hope you like dogs
I understand that some hotels are dog friendly…..but to not have any rooms that dogs have not slept is insane. Then when you challenge it the staff look at you like yr mad. We are not dog people, and one of us is very allergic to dogs, esp in a bedroom. Simply saying the room is cleaned is a nonesense and clearly shows a lack of understanding. Would not stay here again for this alone, and it could be my own fault, but don’t remember seeing the dog policy when I booked. Food is average at best, and you can’t buy a drink after 11pm. Rooms are basic, no hairdryers for example. Gym is pretty good as is the pool area. Staff, apart from the dog incident on check in are very friendly and happy to help.

Tired rooms, could do with an upgrade. Shower was faulty, plenty of hot water but the shower control was broken, had to have bath as only cold shower available.

Generally I enjoyed my stay. The spa is lovely. But the floors are thin and you can easily hear the people in the room above stomping about. Also the ceiling of our room was not clean and had marks and stains all over it above the bed which just looked off putting. But generally my stay was fine.
