Experience - The Area...Located in the heart of lovely St Mabyn with traditional pub and village store, Fernleigh Cottage is ideally located for accessing and exploring some of the North Cornish coasts finest beaches and places of interest.  This charming three bedroom terraced property can boast a sizeable enclosed rear garden with patio and three comfortable bedrooms.Wadebridge the nearest town, is a twelve minute drive and set on the River Camel with a good selection of shops and restaurants. For cyclists the Camel Trail links Wadebridge with Padstow to the East and Bodmin to the North. The beaches at Rock, Daymer Bay and Polzeath are all within 8 miles with Rick Steins restaurant, cafe and deli in Padstow and Nathan Outlaw's restaurant in Port Isaac only a 20 minute drive.Stay - The Accommodation...Entered from the front of the property via the handy porch, the spacious living area with two bay windows to the front, is full of character and charm.  An attractive fireplace with focal wood burner takes centre stage with comfortable easy seating for the five guests accommodated.At the rear of the property is the spacious kitchen/diner with all the usual appliances which overlooks the rear garden and patio.  Off the kitchen again to the rear is the family bathroom WC with bath, overhead electric shower and wash hand basin.Wooden, open tread stairs lead up from the living space to the three bedrooms which comprise of a double, a twin and a single bedroom.  Each bedroom has a front facing aspect with windows overlooking the rear garden in the double and twin bedrooms also. Ample hanging and drawer space provided. The property is centrally heated throughout.Parking is on the road opposite the property or in the small community village car park. Don't forget...-This property welcomes two pets of any size.-£100 returnable security deposit required.
