Very disappointed for the amount we paid to stay

No heat. It was 63 degrees when we arrived notified front desk someone came up had it briefly then when we woke up it was 60, so not working. Our bathroom sink when we arrived full of water and the plug couldnt be pulled up to release. Then toilet wasnt flushing properly, i thought i was going to have a mess but it finally went down. Room 156.

The pull-out bed was bent and unusable. The rooms were sold out so they couldn’t switch us to another room. They gave us a rollaway bed instead, but whenever you moved in it, it was ridiculously loud and woke everyone up. The parking was lousy.
