You will fall in love with this beautiful home nestled under a canopy of trees in secluded northwest Bradenton. In addition to the pleasures of a well-appointed private home, you'll be conveniently located to some of the area's best outdoor amenities, including the beaches of Anna Maria Island, the Manatee River at the DeSoto National Memorial, the Palma Sola Botanical Gardens, bike paths and kayaking at Robinson Preserve, and a fitness center and tennis courts at nearby GT Bray Park, making Bradenton Rentals a great option.. What a combination!When you're at home, you'll enjoy the sparkling, completely private pool. While the family enjoys a swim or basks in the sun, cook something delicious for lunch or dinner on the gas grill. Younger children in your group will have a blast on the swing set, or just play games in the enormous fenced backyard. Inside you'll find colorful decor and an updated kitchen and bathrooms. The primary bedroom with a queen has a private TV and ensuite bath. The second bedroom with a queen and twin/full bunk, and the third with a queen. The bunk room off the garage on the west side of the house is a great place for the kids to settle in when it's time to rest. The family can gather at mealtimes around the big table in the dining room, or recline to stream their favorite movies around the large flat-panel TV in the living room.A NOTE ABOUT POOL HEAT: If you book online, your reservation will automatically populate with a pool heat charge for one week. If your reservation is for a longer period, someone on our staff will adjust the pool heat rate to reflect the longer stay. We recommend pool heat at this property, regardless of the time of year, as pools near shady trees stay cooler, even in the summer.*PET OWNERS: This property is dog friendly for one to two dogs with a non-negotiable maximum weight of 25 pounds each and a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per dog for the first week. There is a $50 per pet fee for each additional week booked. Also, certain breeds are excluded. It is necessary that you check with our office prior to your trip for details on weight and breed limitations.FOR GUESTS WITH TODDLERS: This pool is big and open! Although there are pool alarms on every door leading from the back of the house to the pool area, for added peace of mind we can install the home's child safety fence that closely encircles the pool. Excellent vacation rental
We loved this house! Great location to AMI, affordable, pool & backyard was wonderful for my youngest. The washer/dryer was convenient. Great kitchen!!! Bathrooms updated and nice as well.

4th of July Week
Location was great, short drive to Anna Maria Island beaches. Backyard was perfect for enjoying burgers/hot dogs on the grill with the pool and gazebo. Made it great for our 4th of July barbecue. House was clean and very comfortable for our large family. We would definitely stay here again.

My family and I had an amazing time. The only issues that wasn’t really an issue is two of the bedrooms didn’t have a tv in them but it really wasn’t that big of a deal because we spent most of the time at the pool.

Perfect place to get to Anna Maria Island
This property was the perfect place for my husband and I and our 6 teenagers. It had plenty of room for all of us. Everything was clean and the pool was a great place to hang out for the teens. If you can't afford Anna Maria Island this is perfect place to stay. You can be there in 10-15 minutes and it was a great neigborhood to walk in. I highly recommend this place

Loved the roominess of the house.
Had some issues: pool being pond water green( talked to a guy about the pool being green and he assured me that it was supposed to be green and I said that you couldn’t even see the bottom and he again reassured me it was fine.) A little while later the pool man showed up and said he didn’t know we were coming in so soon and didn’t put enough chemicals in. It took about two days for the pool to clear up. Was fine after that. The light and fan didn’t work with the remote in the master bedroom, battery was dead and didn’t want to pay for a battery so we did without. Other lights worked. Was very surprised to see that there is no electrical outlet in the master bathroom.

Great location, everything was as pictured and described! Quiet neighborhood, private yard, close to a lot of beaches- Anna Maria Island, Siesta Key, Venice, and a short drive from the Tampa airport. The property was very nice. House was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. The pool was wonderful and we enjoyed the fenced yard too! What a wonderful experience house was very clean and comfortable. We had a problem with the AC the owner replaced within 3 days. Could not ask for a better response. I would highly recommend this home to anybody And we look forward to coming back soon.

GREEN POOL WATER. First-time ever family gathering. Owner has a wonderful property which was inviting and stocked well with kitchen gear, linens, and towels. Unfortunately the outdoor pool which was a key selection feature for us was obviously not ready for us. The water was GREEN! A huge disappointment. Luckily we were located to many options in and around Bradenton. We went to the beach and to a relative’s house which had a properly maintained pool. Property Management fell far short for us. They had all my money weeks before our stay, so they have no excuse. Pool service showed up after I complained but pool water was green for the entire eight days.

Family getaway
We had a fantastic time at Live Oaks. We had five adults for the duration of our trip and we had my niece and her family fly down and join us for a few days. They loved that there was a pool had a fence that we easily put up to keep their 3 year old safe and that it was easily removed when they left. So that the others could enjoy the pool with out the fence. We had a few issues that where taken care of promptly. The location was nice it was a quiet area which my older parents appreciated. If we come back to the area we would look at staying again. Thanks for a fantastic trip.

Very unclean
The home was spacious, but there were coaches in the kitchen and the bedrooms and bathrooms.At first I thought they were junebugs, but then I looked them up. I was very uncomfortable with leaving my small dogs alone in the house with these bugs there. They did not sweep under the recliner chairs , when we used the chairs and recline back you can see all the dust underneath and French fries. This was my first time renting thru VRBO and it will be my last, I usually stay at a Marriott Hotel

Very comfortable, clean and well stocked house. The fenced in backyard with it's pool and swing set was perfect for our dog and visiting family. The location is very convenient to the surrounding areas, grocery and beaches. The property mangers did a great job accommodating our requests during our month long stay.

Very nice property. Comfortable for us during two week temporary lodging awaiting closing. Clean, attractively furnished and decorated, fabulous trees and yard for dogs and kids. Nice kid touches with bunk beds and little table and chairs. Plenty of parking with circular drive. Convenient to all shopping needs, beach, and restaurants. I plugged directly into router in family room and worked from home flawlessly for entire visit. Big flat screen in family room was enjoyable.

Our group of 10, including a toddler, maxed out the beds but had plenty of space in this very clean and comfortable house. The towel supply was generous and the kitchen supplies were of great quality. The pool and huge yard made our vacation over the top! Location is perfect: close to beach, Bishop Point, Desoto Memorial, Robinson Preserve, shopping...but in a quiet neighborhood. Really great vacation!
