The heater clicked all night we didn’t sleep at all. Room was warm then cold we couldn’t work the room temperature. Bed was awful and basically sinking and falling apart.

We are a bet older now and look for indoor Pool which was a very nice especially for the kids they don’t care if the water is cold but being older we like the water not to put a sock your system Breakfast was good both days pool was still cold

Not sure if it is every room of the property but in room 110 several times, to include at 4 and 6 in the morning, there was a loud noise of water flowing through the walls. I think it happened every time somebody in the rooms above took a shower. I think the pipes might not be adequately insulated. The noise was loud enough to wake me up!

I rented three rooms for three nights for work. One room that was assigned was not cleaned, my workmate was reassigned to another room. The second room had a refrigerator full of stuff from a previous guest. When told about it the staff failed to remove the stuff until the next day The third room was fine.
