The check in process was terrible the women at the front desk was terrible. Very rude would not help us with the park n fly. I booked directly through the hotel but she kept saying that she was unable to give us the park in fly because it was booked through a third party. Very disappointed.

The hotel is fine and the staff are good. We had dinner 12/10 at the restaurant, and the steak was excellent! We were excited to have breakfast in the restaurant the next morning; however it was awful. The poached eggs were undercooked causing one of us to get sick. The potatoes appeared to be last nights baked potatoes and they were cold. The cook actually salted the ham steak. I could literally see the salt on top of the ham. We were very disappointed.
