Area outside reception doors looks terrible. Unfinished work and covered in litter. That was the view from my window in room 19. Not a good first impression.

Expensive hotel (£156 - 1 night) not worth it
Very friendly check in, although even though I spoke about what time the restaurant closes I was not asked for a pre-orth of my credit card. Good service from the guy delivering food to the tables, but the kitchen sent out my starter and main at the same time :-( Tried to check out in late evening and was told, NO you can't.

Stayed after landing late night at the airport we informed the hotel that we would be arriving after midnight so all was good got our room card and we’re in our room less than 2 minutes after walking in the front door, which is all we needed.

Great arrival, more than welcoming. Room was nice but for the price a couple of packs of biscuits would have been nice. Great bar service and lovely meal, bed however wasn't great, really thin feather quilt so although I got to bed early (for an early start at 4am) probably had three hours sleep! Not happy

On checking in I was informed I had 2 bookings for the 1 night stay. I said I only required one room & the receptionist then said maybe someone else had booked with exactly the same name. I have ppms & ended up being charged for both bookings which I find disgraceful
