Hugely convenient for the airport
Hugely convenient for the airport, just a few mins away via a dedicated walkway. Food was decent in the area downstairs in the evening (I had cheesy chips and peri peri chicken) and plenty of breakfast options in the morning.

I was very disappointed that the staff did not want to heat up some veggies for me. I’m on a strict vegan fat free diet and cannot eat anything in the restaurant. I need to have six helpings of veggies a day for a serious heart condition (Esselstyn’s reversing heart disease program)

The most uncomfortable bed I have ever laid in, I say laid as sleep was impossible. We booked a room for my wife and I, along with our young daughter. The fold out sofa ‘bed’ which she was to sleep in was awful you could feel the metal frame as the mattress was paper thin. To ensure she settled and slept before our early flight I swapped with her. How that can be marketed and sold as a suitable bed for paying guests is astonishing. We paid more for this room type as opposed to squeezing into a double room. The location is very good and the staff friendly. The food offering is also decent. The one hour bag drop parking is also helpful.

The good thing about this hotel is that it is very convenient for travel from Bristol airport (It's immediately opposite the terminal). Not so good is that, as it is the only hotel on the airport it's relatively expensive, at least for a very average experience. Its also currently in the middle of a building site and has only part covered walkways to the terminal building. It's clean and functional. Food is available. We had one really nice curry and one overcooked fajita. A continental breakfast is available from 4am,but its a pity that you can't take advantage of the included full buffet when catching earlier flights.
