We came for a track meet at the University of Carlgary, it was about a 5 min walk which was so convenient. The hotel is great, great hot breakfast and coffee and ice water offered all day. I will be back again next year for the same track meet and will definitely stay here again!

EXTREMELY quiet in room. Building maxe is a but of an issue. No hot tub. Shower stall lacked ANY ledge or grab bar/towel rack. Phoning front desk was amajor annoyance:no "Can I put you on hold?" - immediately sent to muzak. Good breakfast selections.

All the staff where wonderful there where only two things that irritated me1.) only one microwave per floor in the hall way this was inconvenient for heating water for tea. 2.) there was no seating of any kind outside like a patio table and chairs would have been nicer than sitting on the curb …

Checking in was a huge hassle. The room was 260 dollars and was the most basic room for that price. The coffee cream was out on the counter by the coffee machine so it curdled. Will not be back.

We really enjoyed our stay. The pool is a bit small but there is lots of room to relax while the kids went in. The 2nd floor has direct access to the pool which was nice to not have to use the elevator. Breakfast was the same both days but it was good and kept is full. The staff was lovely and helpful. There is the CTrain station right across the street and its a cheap and easy way to get around. We will absolutely stay here again!
