Really enjoyed the quiet and soundproof rooms. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were always friendly and welcoming. It was great to have access to a gym, pool, and hot tub on site. Plus, the steam shower was great!

This was a good accommodation for an overnight stop. The customer service here was outstanding (nice staff), the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom could use a bit of updating but it wasn't a problem. My only feedback: (1) I asked for a "quieter" room and was grateful one was available at the end of the hall. The walls are not insulated, so in addition to hearing hallway noise, had I been next to loud neighbors, I would not have been able to sleep (all light sleepers keep this in mind). (2) Perhaps I overlooked this, but it was unclear to me that shuttle service is based on demand. I had been waiting about 30 min before I called the hotel--they then informed me I had to call to reserve the shuttle. It would've been helpful to know this beforehand, out of consideration. Please include this information in the booking reminder! Overall, I had a nice overnight stay.

First time at a Sonesta
I was there for just a couple of nights and it met expectations.The location is a bit inconvenient to get in/out of and there isn't much around other than the restaurants in the various hotels including this one. The rooms are comfortable though and in good condition. (This used to be a Wyndham property.)
