The staff at the location are very friendly and helpful, some of the best I've had in hotels at this price point. The hotel itself is in need of an upgrade. Most things feel end of life or need some work. The hotel is noisey, the doors all slam shut and can be heard down the halls. There isn't proper sound proofing and there is a lot of noise transfer between rooms. The location is great in the sense that it's easy to get anywhere, however there is little in the immediate vicinity.

The Property had issues with the vending machines all were not working, as well as the hot water was off for one full day, and there was no Microwave nor fridge in the room. lastly they didn't advertise or let me know that there was a fee for parking and wanted to charge my card but there was no place to park except at their facility. I requested a refund because of the Hot water issue and they were able to accommodate for one night's parking. It wasn't friendly or accommodating.

Property is old but well mantein very clean I stay in 3rd floor 3 nights with a pool view no problems with ac the beads and pillows very comfortable.good customer service people in the reception were very nice the morning team and the night team too if you need assistance they help you very quickly. We needed a taxi and they offer to call also we told them that we have a problem with the tv and 15 min latter they send a person for maintenance that was very courteous and show us how to use the control for the programs that we want to watch. Very good experience.

Gorgeous well maintained hotel. Our beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were very lack lustre and kind of uncomfortable everything very low and bad lighting. The bath tub was super shallow and would have been like laying on the floor. The pool and pool deck super gorgeous and a great and special feature. A unfortunate surprise is that the pool is unheated which could be okay in the summer months maybe but mid September was not ideal and so disappointing because of how gorgeous and fun it could be. The staff were absolutely wonderful so polite and helpful

I booked 2 rooms for my colleagues travelling for business purpose. When they did the check in, the receptionist only gave 1 room and they said they cound not find another reservation, why the 2 rooms are on the same reservation, which was already paid. And they asked one of my colleagues to leave as it was fully booked.
