We had our pet with us and were happy our room was on the main floor close to a side door exit. Our room was great and the bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately the Hottub was not in working order. The breakfast was fine…sausages were a bit too salty… We chose this hotel as we used the Calgary Train and it was very close walking distance

Good hotel, very nice staff. Our only issues were the fridge being so cold it froze our food, even on the bottom shelf and the shower didnt have enough water pressure.

Gives me a cozy feeling as smaller hotel and pet friendly with reasonable pet rates. Older property but still Well maintained. My only issue was hot tub was down and was long forward to using it

I would have rated it higher but my stay was interrupted by very noisy occupants in other rooms. They were running up and down hallways yelling and slamming doors. Really why don’t hotels reserve the top floor (quietest) for 55 seniors and put noisy families on the remaining floors below????? It would solve many a complaint and let those who wish to rest-rest!
