The staff was extremely nice, but the property is under renovations, and the name of the property is a little deceiving making you think the property is on the water when it’s just a picture of the hotel with a little pond in front of it.

Recent stay at Hilton Garden Inn, Southbank
The room was very clean. However, there was alot of inside construction going on early in the morning. The elevators were all shut down, so we had a long walk through the sister hotel to another elevator. This was inconvenient as my husband uses a can to walk and is not very stable. Food was very good, bar person Jorge R was outstanding.
