The room was clean and nice and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The guy who checked us in was nice.

The room smelled of smoke really bad. The sign in the room stated non-smoking room, but it was terrible. The second night the smell wasn’t as bad…possibly the neighboring room had an active smoker and it passed through the ventilation system or walls etc. The included breakfast was mediocre.

The room looked a bit 'worn'. There was graffiti on the bedroom wall & the bathroom wallpaper 'bubbled' near the tub and the juncture between the tub & the wall needs to be sealed better. Several of the listed amenities weren't present/available during my stay. Some items in the complimentary breakfast area weren't available until 1/2-hour after such opened. Since I was only there for one night; the above didn't bother me too much but if I was staying longer; such would've been more of a concern.

Great buy for one night trip
This is a very clean hotel in a decent neighborhood. The price was great and the staff was friendly and efficient with an average breakfast. They seem to be doing some renovations but it is not really run down, as you might expect for the price.

You get what you pay for everything worked but the blanket on the bed didnt look clean. The carpet felt greasy. The shower curtain was yellow. Weird smell and the bed was not comfortable felt like it was very old.

Clean, neat, efficient. There must be smoking allowed in the premises because there is a faint smell of cigarettes in the room. Covered by deodorizers. Friendly staff. Air conditioners worked well.

Great value. Facility is out dated a no real amenities but you get what you pay for. Convenient location, easy free parking, clean room and shower is all I care about. Great value of your are only looking fire these things
