Wonderful vacation home in peaceful neighborhood
The view out of the rear of the house along the canal is absolutely beautiful. You could just sit on the lanai and drink in the peace and calm of the location. The home itself has good and bad points. The kitchen is VERY well-stocked. You won't search for a imaginary measuring cup or vegetable peeler. It is all there. The furniture could use a re-boot but it is all comfortable. I wish there was a king-sized bed in the primary bedroom. All in, it was a terrific stay in the best location. Thank you.

The house was very conveniently located to many nearby attractions! View from the pool area was super nice/relaxing. Neighborhood was quiet. Communication with the owner was great, with the minor issues that came up. Our daughter enjoyed the pool, although it was a little cool for the adults, since it’s solar heated and a few days were overcast during our stay. Minor issue, guest bath we couldn’t get to warm up, despite running water for 10 min. Just used the master bath which heated up quickly. All in all, it was a good fit for our last minute trip! Thanks again!

What a marvellous, comfortable and extremely homely place to stay close to both Fort Myers and Captiva. Our stay at this lovely Cape Coral rental home was relaxing and wonderful. It is clean, and has an open feeling with pleasant amenities and a beautiful water view. The owners are gracious and offered helpful information with open communication. It was a pleasurable vacation--one of our best!
