In need of a deep clean and upgrade of carpet and rooms. Carpets smelled of urine, rooms were basically cleaned, stains on carpet and walls. A/C barely worked and lack of lighting rooms. Luggage carts were held together with zip ties and modified with wood boards. Extremely overpriced for the condition of this hotel.

Great one night stay
Great stay! Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was plentiful with a nice seating area. The pool and hot tub were on the cool/cold side but looked clean and well maintained. The kids had a great time playing in the pool despite the temperature. I would definitely stay here again.

Very disgusting motel.
The room didn't look anything like the picture on there website. No kitchen you could cook in . Was pictured a separate sleeping area for parties, we was in one room. They had to replace our air-conditioning unit twice because of faulty units. I was very disappointed. The carpets in the halways wrer nasty and needed replacing.

Halls were filthy. Elevator wasn’t safe to use. Pool was freezing and hot tub was piss warm. Breakfast wasn’t good. Room was clean. Curtains ripped. Door jambs dirty. Sink was cracked. Shower curtain was disgusting. When turned faucet on, got sprayed because aerator clogged. Front desk area was coolest spot in hotel. Carpet needed shampoo. A/C wasn’t working very well. Overall nasty!!!

We had spent 12.5 hours in the car as a family of four with two little ones, getting in late in the evening. The check in was fine, the male checking us in was knowledgeable and helpful. We got to our room where the sheets were not clean, the shower had zero hot water, and the bathroom as a whole was just rundown with water staining and just run down for the most part. The shower head did not work well, not that we could use it with cold water anyways. Two things I feel are important to a hotel when you are traveling are a good nights sleep and a nice hot shower. It was very inconvenient as we were traveling the next morning for a wedding rehearsal. Yes we could have went to the desk and complained, but with limited time to get some rest we chose the sleep.

The room was clean , but maid service never came to empty the trash or give fresh towels. We had to go to the front deck every time we needed them.. The breakfast was ok . The staff were polite.

Worn out hotel
The hotel is run down. The rooms are clean and the beds are good. The paint is falling off the walls and the carpet is dirty and worn. The rooms are musty and stink. Service was friendly the hotel needs to be renovated.

I usually don’t rate hotels but had to make an exception. This was a bad experience. The faucet in the bathroom sprayed you with water and had a distinct sewer gas smell. The side drain was absolutely filthy. The toilet was very low and the bed was very high. I overheard other women complaining about having a hard time getting in bed. The Wi-Fi password was a male incontinence device. You just can’t make this stuff up. Definitely should not be a Holiday Inn Express unless their standards have plummeted.
