We've stayed here many times before with no issues but this time the room door drug when opening and would only open half way. Extremely hard to open. The bathroom door would slam shut. No other complaints.

Stayed here for the mopar Carlisle show. Everything was decent. Enough parking. No pool. Some or the water bottles were empty. Cleaning outside the room could be better

I read some of the reviews and when I got my room I was very shocked that people wrote nasty reviews. My room had cold air, clean, clean, clean room and bathroom. I will definately stay again.

We like the wo queen beds and the ice-cold air-conditioning. We did not like the poor breakfast: cold eggs, juice did not taste fresh, no danish.

Room was dirty and the air conditioner didn’t work and there was no fan in the bath so it bugged. The hotel was really dated and it wasn’t very clean. Would not recommend staying

When we arrived, the air was not on, and the room was very hot and humid. The bathroom was in decent shape, but the bathtub overall appearance, was enough to ensure we wouldn’t even step into it to shower. The Bed was comfy, and had lots of bedding, making us wonder what might lay beneath the sheets. Of course we never looked. The next morning, I went for breakfast, and there were about 8 people in line waiting for the waffle maker. Perhaps, the property could buy 2 or 3 more of them. That would solve that problem. As for the rest of the food, several people commented to me that the property was not refilling the food. I suspect this is a management decision, and not that of the person running the breakfast buffet. There was nothing left for me when I got there, and I actually got the last cup of coffee. Back at the room, I decided to use my “seek” app to determine what this little bugs were running around. Turns out, they were German Cockroaches. Never staying here again, surprised this place was so packed. Perhaps the Comfort Inn Organization should pay this place a visit, not sure they would approve. An exterminator is also a must, I’m still very creeped out by the cockroaches. Won’t be staying here ever again.

Waited more than an hour after checkin to get into the room. Room was not clean. Mosquitoes everywhere. Unfriendly staff. Dining area was too small and was not clean. Cancelled after one night and vacated but didn’t get the refund.

The breakfast area was disappointing at best. I left and went to McDonald's. The bathroom shower was not inviting, the shower rod was just barely hanging there. The tub looked very old whiched didn't look clean.

The bathroom was pretty gross, the carpet was unvacuumed and the room had a lot of dust. And I haven't seen a non-HD TV in a long time. I'm not a picky person, but for close to $200 a night, I want something that doesn't suck. Overall, the place looked like a dump. The management obviously doesn't spend any money on upkeep and their idea of cleanliness is certainly not mine. I won't be back.

No room keys for the guests!
No room keys were available for the guests. When I asked at the front desk, this had been the case for at least a week. WE SHOULD HAVE BEEN GIVEN NOTICE. Guests had to be let back into their rooms anytime they left. I would never agree to such arrangements. The rooms were not nice... outdated and dingy. I will look elsewhere the next time I am in town.
