There were cigarette butts and trash around the entrance. My rooms bathroom didn’t have fresh toilet paper. There were two rolls with barely any toilet paper on them. There weren’t any new ones so I had to ask for some and each time I was only given one so I had to ask three days in a row for toilet paper. No tissues in the bathroom and when asked for them the receptionist couldn’t find any. The first morning we were there, there wasn’t any hot breakfast as advertised. The lady had called in. There should be a back up if that happens. I paid extra for the hot breakfast. The hotel was out of k-pods.

Nice front desk person. There was pubic hair on the toilet seat. The tables in the room had circles from drink cans and sticky spots. The room smelled like wet dog(front desk person did give me air freshener. Cleanax box was empty and had to get it replaced

The room and property were fine. However, I could not get the Wi-Fi to work on my computer, and the front desk tried to help but couldn’t get it to work either. Rrrr. Sunday morning, there was no hot breakfast available, no hot water for tea, and no spoons for the yogurt. It appeared that someone didn’t come in to work and so, the housekeeping staff tried their best to fill in. A series of unfortunate events….
