Was not a queen bed, double at best. Bed was very old, soft and uncomfortable. Only stayed here as we flew out at 5 am the next morning. Would not stay if I needed a room for more than 12 hours

I like its location! My first room didn’t have heat so I had to be moved. Then I needed assistance to turn the water on in the tub, then to activate the shower and finally to turn the water off. This issue should be taken care of and there should be instructions on how to work the tub’s water and shower. It isn’t obvious and requires a lot of muscle to get it to work.

The shower was unusable…. Was too late too late to rectify as it was a morning shower and we had to get on our journey. Staff was apologetic and polite. The breakfast was very good but juice machine was broken. Staff explained that she would let next shift aware.of problem. Again very apologetic and polite

Last time we stayed here they took our AAA card and we got the discount. This time they made up an excuse as to why they wouldn't take it. There were some construction workers staying there and there was so much mud on the stairs going up from the lobby and it was never cleaned up the whole time we were there. Tv kept going in and out. Door key wouldn't work had to go to front desk 4 times before it would. 2nd key never did work. Just disappointing this time.

Gotta appreciate the dollar amount and the pool was nice, but you definitely get what you pay for; not much. So many things either didn’t work well or were completely broken down, but the staff was super friendly.

The premises clearly have not been well maintained in quite some time. I should have read other reviews before I booked. The walls and doors of the rooms provide very little noise insulation.

No issues with the staff, but the room definitely needed some love. Bathroom had mold and water damage to the ceiling, carpet near headboards could use a shampooing as it had stains, and had two pennies and a claw clip from previous guests on the floor near the beds. Aside from that, sheets were clean, room was quiet, staff were excellent.
