The listing was a little unclear but it was a two room suite. The second room had a twin size bed. It was perfect for my partner and I, traveling with my mother. The security team was great with us and helped in an emergency we had to get us to the hospital and took very good care of us over the following days going back and forth to the hospital. I'm so glad we had my mom in the same suite with us when the emergency happened.

I checked in after office hours and did not receive the room I expected. But the next morning I addressed my concerns to the staff and with the approval of the owner I was able to view 2 other room options and pick my choice from the 2 available units. After that my remaining 10 days were very pleasant. The staff and the owner are very nice and accommodating. These units are perfect for long stays because of the compete kitchen and extra bedroom and bathroom. I will stay there again on my next trip to Cebu.

Excellent for the money
Attention. Attention. This is a real review of the hotel Grand Isabella. GI room 306 is very nice and convenient to Ayala center. You can walk there in less than 10 mins. Don't really need a cab. Okay, the unit have 2 rooms, which the hotels does not describe that it's a 2nd room with a twin bed. The main room is a queen. There are 2 problems with this room. The wifi is very weak in the rooms but works perfect in the living room/dining area/kitchen area. The second problem is only 1 tv and its in the main bedroom, not the living room. It would been nice if the living room had a tv. The front desk lady is nice. She have lots of knowledge about the area. The staff came to clean almost everyday. They are really nice hotel. Will I return to this hotel, yes, definitely if its only me or 1 other person and I would ask for room 306 again. If you come with a group, get multiple rooms or go somewhere else because there is only 1 tv in the room. Maybe I'll load pictures of room when I have the opportunity.

We stayed in 2 units. The units are dated and in desperate need of updating. The furnishing shows its age and are worn. One day our rooms were not cleaned, when I inquired, the reason was that they thought we were in the rooms all day.

Nice and comfortable, budget wise.
Guard are respectful. Old accommodation but pass to my standard as ithe location near to Cebu Ayala shopping Mall. The name of Grand Isabella is unknown to most taxi drivers but once you know already to advise them that its only in the next building of MJ Hotel then no problem. Looking forward to stay in Grand Isabella Suits again .My family enjoyed our stay here for 3 days. Just a reminder upon check in to make sure you confirm your payments as they gonna ask you for your bill. My eyes rolled when the ladiy at check in requires me to pay. I replied to her thatt it was already deducted on my credit card by expedia. She just smile....what the heck!

Nice new hotel in the city
All good. Stayed for couple nights. Hotel location is in the city so easy walk to the malls etc. Had an incedent with the electric kettle and been charged for it. Security guard are very helpful if you need to get a taxi. The hotel is fairly new and nice decor. Toilet need floor mats to avoid slips and provide toilet paper, they should provide coffee and tea as well as the electric kettle is provided.
