The property and staff were nice. But, our shower was plugged. I did call the front desk but, really didn’t want anyone in my room at 10:30pm. When my son took a shower in the morning the whole floor was flooded. This was very disappointing concerning this is a 4 star hotel. This problem really was not very pleasant. Solid stay
Really decent casino and hotel. Rooms were clean and nice. Bathroom was clean, but nothing luxurious. Not much going on at night other than the casino, but the casino floor as good with a nice balance of reasonably priced table games ($10, $15, $25+) and slots. If there is an event in the area, I honestly would rather stay here than a local hotel

A standard room at Wind Creek is nice. Very much a standard hotel room. It's spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. We arrived two hours after the check-in time and still had to wait an hour for our room to be ready.

Very noisy can hear next rooms, 3am heard sex noises what I can only imagine was a hooker, you could hear them discussing if she is over 18yrs old. For the amount you pay for a room on a Saturday night, I did not expect this, we are not in Vegas. The young lady at check in was a little rude. She asks for license and credit card, I mention that I have a reservation. She rudely said, like I said I need your license and credit card, we ended up working it all out calmly, I should say I did not let her rudeness cause me too get mean, I just didn’t expect to be treated rudely. The distance from casino floor is a little further away than other casinos I’ve been to

We attended a concert at Wind Creek, and decided it would be nice to stay at the hotel, and not have to worry about the drive home, traffic, etc. The hotel was very nice, everything seemed brand new. It was very convenient to walk from our room to the concert, although th ewwit in line was longer than we’d have liked. We thought we’d be able to have dinner at the complex, but couldn’t get reservations. These should be arranged much earlier. There were good options in town, however.
