we loved the golf course and the pool

Loved this hotel. It opened in 1909 and has some charming character. The rooms are clean and in good condition. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Only downside was the internet which was a bit flakey. Great location for restaurants, bars and shopping. The restaurants at the hotel served good food also.

Centrally located on main street in Black Hawk!

The Monarch is amazing. Top to bottom. The room, the service, the atmosphere, the restaurants, the casino. All of it. We stayed 6 nights and had a blast!! The manager even dropped out resort fee for a night cause we checked in super late. We'd to back in a heartbeat.

Everything was good at Hilton Garden. The staff was very friendly, coffee break good enough, and the parking garage was super convenient. The hotel provides a water machine for free and it was super helpful for me.
