This was a great location close to the airport. Many restaurants to walk to and shopping nearby. The hotel was very clean.

I didn’t like that they charged a $24 per night parking fee and I just thought that was outrageous when you pay $150 for a night for a room and they have a parking lot, it’s not like the hotel was in a downtown district where parking was limited. Then when we questioned the front desk about it they were rude with the response. Breakfast was wonderful. Served from 5:00am-10:00am Servers Kept it filled. But be sure to go before 9:45 because at least 3-4 of the servers are hovering over you as you get your breakfast items to hurrying you along so they can shut it down right at 10:00 and I understand that it ends at 10:00 but if someone is there before 10:00 and gathering their plate and making their oatmeal and hot waffle, just let them finish in peace. Close the doors to the breakfast area and let the person quickly finish. I was rushed and I kept dropping my sugar packets and my napkins and spilling my hot tea and it was kinda stressful. Overall it was a nice hotel. Very clean. Very stylish. Felt safe there.

When I arrived the suite I had reserved and prepaid for over a week in advance was not available, I was told the hotel was overbooked. I had reserved this suite due to it being larger and having a fridge and microwave. Instead, I was given a much smaller room without a fridge and microwave. The room I was given also had a really strong smell. It was unbearable to be in the room, so I had to go back downstairs again to request a different room. I did not enjoy my stay, and I am not planning to return to this property.

Very clean and comfortable

The hotel and room were very clean and new overall. They offered hot tea and coffee 24/7 and shuttles to the airport. Front desk attendants were very friendly. Only downside was the large amount of screaming children in the pool that prevented my wife and I from using it or the hot tub, otherwise it was great and we would stay there again.

The room is a bit small, but overall, things are generally fine. One main issue is the shower, as the water flow is so limited that I had to spend much more time than usual.

Room had no hot water. We spoke to guest services. Receptionist was friendly and we were given another room. Second room mini fridge did not work. I did not tell front desk because I did not want to keep changing rooms in the middle of the night.

Very nice and clean hotel. Very quiet, couldn't hear take-off and arrival of planes. Breakfast was great!

This property seemed to be newly revamped, refreshed. It felt & looked quite clean. The only drawback was the mini trashcan that was divided into trash & recycling, which meant there wasn't a proper garbage receptacle.
