We booked 2 king rooms, but when we checked in there were no king rooms available unless we took stairs. Drinks very expensive at the hotel bar. Could not sit with family in the restaurant unless we paid to eat.

The staff were excellent--I made a mistake and didn't properly book my parking and they did it for me and charged me the same rate as doing it on line. It would would have been three times the online rate

All the check-in front staff were cranky. Nothing was mentioned about my room type I booked changing, had an issue with our mini fridge and they couldn’t even apologize for the issue that was caused. This area could have been a lot better. All other staff on the hotel were great. Friendly and courteous.

The place looked amazing from its decor to the place it self it was way better than we expected. The Hyatt has places to eat and drink inside which are always a plus and lots of place to chill outside your room. I’ll give it an A for sure
