cockroaches everywhere
The room was absolutely infested with cockroaches. I asked for some kind of refund and they rudely refused. They said "we would have given you a different room." There was no vacancy however because it was the marathon weekend (and so they were likely lying), and I had absolutely zero time to deal with that, since I was in the city all day long and didn't get back until very late. So the idea that I would relocate to another room at 11:30 at night, which of course would also cockroaches was ridiculous. So moral of the story at this hotel. They have cockroaches everywhere. If you complain, they play games until you go away while keeping your money. Because they would rather that their guests deal with the grossness than shell out the money to spray and remove the infestation.

Due to the location I thought the property was not going to be as clean but surprisingly the rooms were really clean and well maintained! We enjoyed our stay and had no issues, the staff was really nice and helpful :)

The bed sheets and pillow covers seems to be not cleaned and resulted in skin allergy. When I asked staff to change my room they refused saying it is more than an hour. Also they refused to change the sheets. Instead gave me a blanket to put on the bed sheet.
