The staff walked into our room between 6:30 am and 7:45 am three times two different people. They also put us at the end of the hallway when the room was supposed to be disabled friendly for the other person staying with me in the room who is wheelchair bound. Lack of service and managment was astounding for the brand. Absolutely disgusting.

Very good airport hotel
Perfect hotel for the night before our shuttle to the airport. Bed was really nice, very soft and clean and comfortable. Coffee was good. Check-in and check-out easy and friendly. The shuttle to the airport was on time and waiting for us, it was spacious and comfortable, and we had a very helpful and pleasant driver. Very satisfied.

I do love the comfortable beds but when I checked in the front desk agent mentions oh you booked third party I see and then I feel gave us a very undesirable room with a horrible view very dirty stained towels and dirty ottomans and furniture I hane stayed here before with my husbands points card and not thru Expedia and we got way better room and view, and clean our beds this time where not even ironed they were wrinkled and seemed to get the old covers I would consider twice before staying here again

This facility needs a major upgrade. Rooms are rundown with 90s facility. Basic things like power outlets and USB type chargers in the room are either limited or unavailable. Washroom styles are from early 2000s. Other than being close to the airport, there is really no other perk. Management needs to look into upgrading this facility.
