Staff is always wonderful. They always go the extra step to make sure your stay is perfect. The adults only room has a beautiful view and is always spotless. The layout of the room is so inviting. Lastly, the breakfast provided with made to order omelets and waffles is exceptional. Perfect stay all around!

It was very well maintained from the exterior, surrounding area of property, to the Grand King room. We just absolutely enjoy the stay and not to forget the breakfast was a nice touch.

Property was great. Make sure you check your bill when leaving. Was not charged the amount Expedia said. Luckily, I checked my email versus the bill. It was off $67. However, when brought to their attention it was credited back to my card. Won’t show for a few days.

Love this hotel.
This is always a top notch hotel. the only four star part is the pool it needs to be thoroughly cleaned and updated. It is not match the rest of the place as far as cleanliness and updating. The rest of the experiences are five stars, especially the breakfast.

Relaxing hotel experience
We were welcomed by friendly staff. The hotel was very clean and relaxing. Our room window had a view of a corn field, with farmhouses. It was very calm. Would definitely come back!!

The room was great, the view amazing, staff excellent. The property overall is going thru a renovation and the 2 elevators, (only one goes to the 5th floor) were not in good shape. The main entrance door was being replaced to an automatic door. So for the 3 days that we stayed there the main entrance wasn’t available. I’m sure when these renovations are done will be better.

The views from the property is spectacular. There is a restaurant and country shop located on the premises. The area is quiet and peaceful. The cleanliness of the hotel is excellent and the rooms are very spacious!!! Easy check-in experience and plenty of parking. I recommend this hotel to anyone staying around the Lancaster area. Close proximity to the sight & sound theatres and outlet.
