My family and I booked two nights at this hotel, from December 14, 2024, to December 15, 2024. Unfortunately, we could only stay for one night because we discovered bedbugs in our room. Upon making this discovery, we immediately informed an attendant. Initially, he denied the possibility of bedbugs, stating, “We had people clean the property days ago.” However, he assured us he would come to inspect the room and determine the next steps. We waited for over an hour, but no one came to check the room. Despite multiple calls and returning to the front desk, no staff were available to address our concerns. Frustrated and unable to resolve the issue, my wife and I decided to book another hotel for our remaining night in Columbus. As we were leaving, we encountered the same gentleman we had spoken to earlier at the front desk. I informed him we were leaving due to the lack of action to address the issue. He apologized and assured me I would be reimbursed for one night. However, after contacting Expedia, I was informed that the hotel refused to issue a refund, citing the non-refundable nature of the booking. While I respect the policy, I am deeply disappointed with the experience. The facility was not adequately maintained, and the staff failed to take appropriate measures to address our concerns or provide a resolution. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend staying at this property.

The room was very clean and the breakfast was nice. Leanna at front dusk was very friendly. Location was perfect for German Village. There seemed to be a problem with TV network but it was reported and it was going to be checked out.

Stay was average, not great for the price. probably would not book here again. The room itself was located right next to the hotel elevator and it was dinging open and closed all through the night. The door had a large gap also. The shower was dirty with mold and the breakfast was cold and half cooked. The parking on property was limited. They also charge you an extra $100 for “incidentals” which is yet to be refunded to my card and not posted anywhere in the booking information.

Check-in and out were smooth. The shower handle was extremely loose and almost fell off while using it. None of the trash cans had liners in them. The third floor did not have an ice machine. There was a floor length mirror that was half way covering an outlet. Some of the outlets did not work. The shelf in the bathroom was crooked as well.

This hotel was pretty decent, I was expecting the outside and lobby to be a little more upscale. The parking lot and entry had very limited space and parking costs but It was in an unsafe parking lot open to the public area downtown. Otherwise the room was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was nice.

We paid parking fee and parked our pickup truck just infront of the reception desk. But our stuff in the truck bed were stolen. We reported to the hotel hoping they check the security camera but never got answer. Then they did not even answer my phone calls. Feel so disappointed with this **** hotel!
