Overall, I enjoyed my 1-night stay at SpringHill. Cleanliness was top-notch, breakfast on Sunday was great with a lot of options. The sheets were crisp and I thought the bed was very comfortable. I also appreciated that the toilet was separate from the shower, though I did not like the frosted glass on the doors. That's not enough privacy for a bathroom, if you ask me. What I didn't like: The surprise $10 parking charge - that should absolutely be included in the base price. The housekeeping knock at the door an hour before check-out. Surely, there's a better system for the housekeeping crew to figure out which rooms are ready to be cleaned. The sofa bed, while clean, was supremely uncomfortable and I wouldn't consider it a valid option for sleeping. (I also thought the hallways had a weird musty smell, but that's very minor.) In sum, I would happily stay here again, but it would not be my first choice.

The only down side is that you have to pay for the parking. Other hotels around they don't charge for parking. The breakfast should have more variety. The lady in charge should respect the time to close the breakfast area. Usually began to shut down the area 15-20 min before times was up.
