Good except the rooms are very dark and need more lighting and a ceiling fan also the room gets very hot during the sleeping hours. We wondered if there were cooling restrictions through the night

Perfect spot to explore Coconut Grove
Mayfair is the perfect spot for exploring Coconut grove and the surrounding area. We loved the style/vibe of the hotel…highlights for us were dinner at the grill, the rooftop pool vibe, and the fountain lounge ambience.
