We checked in and got our room. Great view like the reservation said but no curtains. That would mean sleeping in was not a possibility. Called down to the front desk and let them know. They called us back and said they are moving us rooms. We ended up in a suite and it was dangerous. Super dark in the bedroom, we could have endedd up sleeping all day. Amazing customer service. The staff were great!

Dirty dirty dirty...... 1st room we were in was absolutely terrible. Went to let the front desk know all i was told was all rooms were already assigned and she could send house keeping up. Waited 45 minutes for house keeping to show up and finally my husband got tired of waiting and went down to check status and the lady he spoke to quickly got us another room. Which was alot cleaner. I appreciate her switching us rooms quickly but didnt understand why they didnt just do it in the first place. This place has definitely seen better days its okay definitely not worth it. Ive stayed at better places that were updated and alot less. I would sacrifice the location for something alot cleaner. The breakfast buffet was okay just basic. The server was super busy and was by herself she did try her best and kept a positive attitude.
