When I got in the room the AC was off and temperature was 75. I turned the AC unit on and the air flow was next to nothing coming from the vents, I noticed the filter was so discolored and fill of dust. I climbed on the couch and removed the filter to find a date of February 2024 written in pen, this is December. The balcony door did not shut all the way, there was warm air coming in which made it not possible to cool the room completely down. The wall paper in the bathroom was pealing off and was dirty. There were stains on the couch so I asked for a clean blanket to cover the couch so I could sit on it. They charged me $20 to park in the parking garage but failed to tell me I could park across the street for free in the empty lot. The breakfast was amazing but way over priced at $15 per person, there was absolutely nothing fancy about the breakfast. Honestly for what they charge for parking in an unsecured parking garage, breakfast should have been free. I will not stay at this hotel again. I give it one star rating.

It overall very dated, the rooms have a strong musty smell. Shower had little water pressure, and was either scolding hot or freezing cold. The grounds seemed to me meticulously cared for, if only the same attention was given to the rooms and common areas. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Breakfast is definitely not worth the charge.

For the area & prices of rooms AND NIW CHARGING FIR PARKING y’all need to upgrade rooms ASAP. The rooms are worn out & bathrooms. For what customers have to pay we need more rooms that are updated & kept up nicely. Parking SHOULD NOT BE CHARGED you charge enough for rooms & feed etc. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Thank you!

Room was clean, no sqishy on the floor as i read the reviews so there was no dampness or musky smell in our room nice view of the marina. The only problem i had was the air conditioner i could not figure how to set it i called front desk someone was sent up and it was resolve quickly. Customer service was excellent.
