La Playa de Kiki... Located about 1/2 block from the beach, our family has great fun here, and yours will too! This beautiful beach house has what most homes do not:

Walk into your beach get-away and see a huge vaulted ceiling with large living-room, dining room, and kitchen combined for family fun. The decor throughout the home is very well done with colorful, casual beachy vibes.
Our pool has a waterfall, bubbler and sunning ledge that is great for little ones to play and large enough for adults to enjoy in their lounge chair. It has a very large outside patio area with table, lounge chairs and gas grill.
Enjoy the view of the gulf from the upstairs 2nd floor.
The kitchen is well equipped with a glass top stove/oven and dishwasher. There is an abundance of cute dishes and good quality cookware. You'll find all small appliances including Keurig and drip coffee makers. The kitchen also has a reverse osmosis water purifier at the kitchen sink and ice maker. Use pure water for cooking and drinking while you're there.
Free WiFi, a 42" flatscreen TV with DVD, in living room. Off this great room a wall of windows faces the beach with ocean breeze, large, covered deck with large patio table, sofa seating area and plenty of chairs for everyone. You and your family will enjoy hours of fun playing games, cards and enjoying one another on the deck.
The adorable "beach huts" faux painted over the fireplace add fun to your space.
Two bedrooms and two large bathrooms on main level. Upstairs one bedroom, another large bathroom, and 4th bedroom/loft with 2 queen futons, single futon, and closet with washer and dryer. Each bedroom has either queen or king bed AND thick queen futon. All three bathrooms are roomy with oversized shower with shower hose for bathing the little ones, plenty of countertop space, linen shelves, and long sitting bench. Ceiling fans in every room, wood floors throughout and tiled baths.
You'll love the space this house gives you that many homes on the island are not able to...including ample parking space!
Nicely landscaped fully fenced yard with outside shower and plenty of covered parking downstairs. Please, No Pets and Smoking on the deck only. This house is perfectly decorated for beach life with color, comfort, durability, and FUN!
Extra sheets,pillows and blankets are there for futons you choose to use. All bathing towels, wash cloths and large size soft soaps in each bath. All items included in your stay such as trash bags,toilet and tissue paper, paper towels, kitchen soaps,etc.
This home is on a one block cul de sac with little traffic and no neighbors on top of you! This house is in Port Aransas and can be reached by golf carts in every direction and minutes from everywhere!

Wonderful home away from home
We planned a family stay for my husbands birthday. It was immediately comfortable, and we were able to start our weekend plans. We had every kitchen item we needed, bath towels, and toilet paper. Beds and futons were comfortable. You need your own shampoo and conditioner. Every guest was also immediately comfortable and loved the space and decor. The beach is within walking distance (we didn't carry a lot) tho. The pool is wonderful and the grill is clean. Loved sitting on the deck and the ocean breeze comes in so good! The owner is so easy to communicate with and answers every question big or small! We loved it here ❤️ We'll definitely come stay again.

This was a great house for little ones. The stairs are minimal and easy to climb. Nicely placed so the kids didn’t even think about them. The toddlers did not play on them due to where they were located. The pool was great for all. Host was very responsive. We have stayed at several places in Port A and really enjoyed this house and would rebook.

This home was booked for a group to attend the Annual SandFest. The house is beautifully decorated with an open-concept kitchen. There were plenty of seats indoors and outdoors on the adjoining deck for our large group. The kitchen was well stocked with a keurig AND coffeepot to satisfy the coffee drinkers in the group. The bedding was comfortable, with large accompanying bathrooms near the bedroom. The pool was just 4 ft deep, which was perfect to just sit and enjoy the company. I would book again!

My 50 Birthday wish
The house was beautiful. the view from the upstairs on the landing was so perfect, it could have been a picture. I wish there was some way to extend that upstairs to a loft for morning coffee/tea to watch the sunrises from those top 4 high windows. The pool downstairs was a perfect size and location on the house was wonderful too. I will defiantly be renting from Phyllis again. She responds fast and is very, very nice to talk to. The trip was for my 50th birthday and Port A never disappoints. Love, Sky

“I wouldn’t mind living here for the rest of my life”
A usually grumpy 8 yo said that, and he was not wrong! My family had a wonderful time celebrating birthdays and Mother’s Day at this home. Phyllis was great to work with and the house was perfect. Even with a rainy days there was plenty of space inside and on the deck to relax and enjoy our time together. Once the rain stopped we got in the pool which was the perfect size for our kiddos. We will definitely be back!

Grandkids especially enjoyed the pool and a nice alternative for too much beach for little kids. The house floor plan and sleeping accommodations are well thought out providing plenty of bedrooms w/ private baths for 3 families. Older kids appreciated having their own space in the loft.
