The condo was close to the beach and the complex had all the amenities a person could want. It was decorated nice, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and it had black out curtains which are a must for the Beach Clib condos.

Decent place for the money
This place is a decent price for the money. It’s in close proximity of the beach. It has nice, beach decor throughout the condo. The rental was clean. The bed is comfortable. It does like they made an effort to remodel the condo, but stopped at the bathroom which could use new light fixture and mirrors (which are rusty). The shower tiles either need cleaned or regrouted. We also didn’t know there wasn’t a hair dryer which would have been nice to know. The washer had issues emptying on certain settings. However, even though there were some issues we still might consider staying here again.

Beautiful Beach Condo
This condo was very cute and comfortable for my husband and I and had everything we needed. The property’s community was quiet and a super close walk to stroll on the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

It was great for what we needed. Spend some quiet relaxing time. It had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the equipment needed, it was clean and only a block from the beach.

This was a last minute trip and was fortunate to find this available. I had to reach out to VRBO to get in but probably due to last minute booking. The location was ideal for staying on NPI. It was great to be able to "day car camp" on the beach which was just a block away from the condo. The facilities at the resort were excellent and clean. The condo itself had all the necessary kitchen supplies and then some. Nice touch with beach towels and laundry detergent. The furniture was was comfortable and especially enjoyed the porch stools on the patio. I would definitely stay here again. A couple of recommendations: consider a "welcome book" to help guide guests to facilities access and local area. Basic seasoning such as salt & pepper. Wash/Scrub the side of the refridgerator as that was the first thing that jumped out at me.

We like staying at the Beach Club as we know what to expect, love the proximity to the beach, and the pool / other amenities are really convenient. This place was nice and comfortable for our long weekend. Very well stocked with any appliance or other living convenience you could imagine. It was nice to have breakfast out on the balcony which overlooks the parking lot, but also has views of the beach and a glimpse of the gulf. Love that. Owner or manager should make sure that there is more than one roll of TP. Actually, there was a 1/2 a roll when we arrived so we of course had to buy some. The entire complex could use a bit of TLC. The place needs painting (exterior) and cleaning up a bit. I guess - showing its age. Nevertheless, we love staying here and will continue to do so.

Walking distance to the beach!
Came for the weekend and truly enjoy the place. Location was perfect, was able to walk to the beach. If you have pets the grass area has tons of stickers only thing we didn't like but after finding the right spot for my pups to go we have no more problems. Pool area is great as well, property was well kept but bathroom smelled like urine. Bed was comfy but too soft for my achy back. But definitely will come back, satisfied costumer here.
