Overall, our stay wasn't terrible as we made the best of it. There were 2 sets of washer / dryers, neither which were working. There are also 4 Ice Machines, which only 1 of them worked. There were two days that we had to do without wash clothes and had to use pool towels for hand towels. We normally like to stay at Windham Resorts, but we expect better than what we received at this hotel.

Meh place.
The property took payment before we got there, rather than waiting until I presented at the property. No notice. Thatseemed suspicious. The hallway rugs and elevator floors were gross, though the room seemed clean. Tiles were cracked and there was a general sense of disrepair. Our toilet clogged and we had to move rooms. The breakfast was meh. The eggs were so rubbery you could stand a fork in them. They gave us the bare minimum of towels. It was okay, but not great. We never saw a housekeeper.

Okay, so first of all, we get to our room and the bathroom sink drain is broken; the front desk girl was nice and gave us another room. Both rooms were very clean. I didn’t get a chance to check the bed in the first room, but in the second room we got, the bed was super firm/hard and the pillows were hard too. In both rooms there wasn’t any comforter/blanket. Only sheets. We had to ask in the front desk for a blanket. Also, my phone signal wasn’t the greatest there. I tried the hotel Wifi and it wasn’t great either.
