Beds were very comfortable. Good lighting. Great water pressure in shower. The only thing we didn't care for was the leather sofa wasn't comfortable, it always made you slip while on it.

Quiet comfortable stay
I really liked that sleeping area was seperate from "living" area so there was not the usual over abundance of digital lighting up the darkness when trying to sleep. TV pivoted to be visible from bed or desk or sofa. Sofa actually pretty comfortable. Well laid out. Really nice to have real coffee cups and glass drinking glasses rather than throw away ones.

Just there for a family emergency. The hotel was convenient and the room was enormous. Breakfast was a buffet and not the best one I’ve ever had but they were accommodating and they did try. About what you would expect all things considered.

The exterior of the place didn’t line up with the photos, but it had nothing to do with the interior. The clerk’s reception was cheery and seemed genuine. Christmas decorations were going up in the spacious lobby, enhanced by a two story Christmas tree. We’ve never gone to an exit hotel to read or knit, but we did there.The couches were nice, with extra back pillow. The breakfast room was more pleasant that most. It, too, had a fireplace. I skipped breakfast but my husband brought me a dish of egg, cheese, and sausage. The usual waffles,toast, and cereals were available, too. Coffee and tea available all day. Ore room (#230) was well-lit and mostly comfortable. The bed may have been a littte soft (my husband had no comments) but it was okay. The ONLY thing that could be improved upon was what almost all hotels have problems with: the pillows. Eight too-high, lumpy (at least the lumps felt like the were made of foam) pillows that were great to lean against but guaranteed to give you a stiff neck come morning. If nothing else, an assortment of sizes would be appreciated. This was the one time I didn’t bring my own! Didn’t have my suit so I didn’t check the pool or exercise room. I’d give it an A rating, despite the pillows. I could have called down for one.

Large clean rooms and friendly staff. I travel a lot and getting hot shower water quickly is an issue but here the shower hot water came out fast, didn’t have to wait on it.

My fiance & I really enjoyed our stay at the Phoenix Inn while we were there. In the evenings the front desk always had the fireplace going & served cookies at the front desk. Breakfast was included in our stay, which was offered at the beautiful dining area off the main lobby. It consisted of potatoes, eggs, sausage, fruit, waffles & more! The staff was always so friendly & helpful. The housekeeping service did a great job making sure our room was clean & fresh with new linens & towels. The pool, hot tub and fitness room were a great addition, as well as laundry facilities. The hotel was a convenient walk across the street to Denny's restaurant/bar, which was great for dinner & drinks. I definitely would recommend this hotel, worth every penny.
