Fairly noisy outside and within the room. Several people outside talking loudly. Also could hear people in neighboring rooms talking. Other than this, all was good. Staff was friendly. Room was relatively clean. Like the non-carpeted floors.

My fiance & I needed to find a place to stay for the night. We were tired, and it was late. The night desk attendant was so nice, personable, and very accommodating to both of us, as we needed more pillows for our bed. We stayed in the ADA deluxe room with a king size bed, and a big walk in shower. It was roomy, comfortable, and overnight price was reasonable.

You get what you pay for.
Clerk was great. Toilet seat loose and wobbly. Floor was filthy! TV choices were minimal... no major streaming services. Parking lot was miserable with potholes and ruts. Beds were adequate (metal frames). Rate was excellent. Bedding was fine. Heater worked but was noisy going on and off. No clue why this property is now called a "suite". Seriously marketing team?

Has clearly been renovated very recently. New floors, paint, shower, rest of bathroom. Furniture was a bit older and a little beat up, but not an issue. Overall, nice clean, basic room. Was perfect for an quick overnight stay for a football game in Corvallis.

No hot/ warm water. Property management informed of issue and stated too many guests were taking shower at the same time. No change in issue even later in the evening or early in the morning. Property management stated because accomodation booked via third party online, no monetary compensation is possible. Third party states, because pay on arrival was the booking option, they cannot provide compensation.

This was an adequate accommodation for a guy just looking for an affordable stay. Room was clean and comfortable. The shower wouldn’t get as hot as I like but at least it wasn’t only warm. I stayed 2 night and it was nice enough for a guy traveling alone.
